It seems a number of us have not yet finished Skyward Sword.  That seems surprising.

I probably shouldn't remind anyone that some of us haven't even bought it yet.  :(

No, that's one thing.  But, to actually own the game and still not finish it shows a lack of commitment.

There are a lot of games i own but haven't finished. Though none of them are Zelda games.

Motion control Zelda games just don't work for me, I have trouble playing SS and TP because of them.  I need to find a GC version of TP.

It seemed fine in TP for me, but i felt SS was a little too overly complicated at times.

I couldn't get past that early boss in SS that is a spirit like the one in your sword except gayer, beat the heck out of me everytime.  If I could play it with a GC controller I could manage it.

Skyward Sword's combat is a throwback to the combat of The Adventure of Link, only more fleshed out.  To make the most out of fighting, you need restraint to not spam sword attacks (which is a good way to get Ghirahim to kill your ass) and time your strikes to hit the unguarded areas of enemies.  Sometimes enemies may be way guarded in which you need to use an item to stun the enemy opening them up to your attacks.

I liked most of the controls in Skyward Sword, but the swimming underwater controls can just f-off.

Also I have Hyrule Historia now.  I'm already halfway through the book though I'm trying to take my time with it.
