Why though?  They already put out a PR on how that works.  The only thing they could do is name an exact release date (including the option of  "right after this e3 presentation").

Oh, really? I guess I wasn't really paying that much attention. :P
But I thought there was more DLC to announce in that whatever-pack. Think there's more shit to reveal?

Unless they want to tease what's on the way in DLC Pack 2, I say no.  The press release already covered everything about DLC Pack 1.  Remember the season pass is only for two DLC packs.  The first one is due out by summer's end with the final one by year's end.

Well, I hope they have some good stuff to show. I haven't really been keeping up with news or anything so I don't really know what to expect. Odyssey looks really cool and I hope it turns out better than Galaxy.

Also I need new actual Metroid please and thanks.

Omg, so it's confirmed to be most 25 minutes...

Reggie says there will be several reveals in the 25-minute spotlight, but something tells me he's got a lot less firepower than he's leading on (i.e. shit nobody cares about or already knows about, like Mario Rabbids).

The format will be "rapid-fire," but will have a substantial segment dedicated to Mario Odyssey, despite the fact that it'll be getting tons of treehouse coverage.

Reggie also said they have more "tricks up their sleeves" for the rest of the show, but again, I don't expect any fucksworthy "new" shit once the initial 25 minutes are up... Unless they're gonna wait till Day 3 and introduce Sm4sh Deluxe with Kiefer Sutherland's shitty voice on Punished Venom Snake "sneaking" into Smash: "Kept ya waiting, huh?"
