It's just a CG trailer, but it's awesome and now I want this game... But I'm also pretty sure we won't be playing it for another year or two, so hype boner isn't too hard after all. :P

Just watched this interview.

2 biggest takeaways:

>This is NOT "No More Heroes 3," but rather a game in the same series with a new formula that may hopefully become its own thing. That is, Travis is NOT climbing an assassin rank ladder, but instead it's partaking in a video game challenge consisting of 6 games (dear God, this beer not mean there are only 6 stages).

>Suda51 it's trying to make this payable with a single Joycon controller (omg plz no for the love of fuck...), cites (half jokingly?) the reason being that it would facilitate Travis Touchdown in a future Smash game.

Oh yeah, and Suda does the Jerkoff hand gesture a few times in the video. :P

http://gonintendo.co...s-on-story-game

>> The game is a sequel to the first one.  I don't know if it retcons NMH 2 as never happening or is just set in an alternate timeline.  The story starts 7 years after the first game.

http://gonintendo.co...ovel-knight-col

>> Travis Strikes Again will have cross-over collabs with six other indie series including Shovel Knight.

>> PR and art.

>> A teaser site is available for browsing.

>> Official trailer updated with improved audio.

>> Travis's original voice actor will not be returning to play Travis.

I guess this is to be expected as many voice actors are currently on strike.

Really?? But that sounds quite a bit like Travis. If that's the new VA, then I'm satisfied; if that's actually the original guy returning only for the debut trailer and we're due for a hoodwink in the future, then fuck this shit. >xP

That would certainly explain why I hadn't heard certain people in a while.

Have another interview (from GameXplain):  https://www.youtube....h?v=WrCyhB0WB-A

The story:  https://gonintendo.c...oes-gameplay-in

>> Basically Travis gets caught up in Wreck-It-Ralph, but must play by the other indie crossover rules instead of making his own rules.

EDIT - Updated below.
